## About the Role
Gibraltar Law Associates is seeking a qualified Commercial Solicitor to join our growing corporate team. You will advise on a broad range of commercial transactions and business law matters.
## Key Responsibilities
• Advise on commercial contracts, M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructuring
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
• Support clients in financial services, technology and property sectors
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
## Requirements
• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or Gibraltar)
• 3+ years PQE in commercial or corporate law
• Experience in financial services regulation a strong advantage
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Client-focused with strong commercial awareness
