## About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our regulatory team. You will support the business in meeting its obligations under Gibraltar's Financial Services Act and relevant AML legislation.
## Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and assess compliance with GFSC requirements
• Conduct AML/KYC reviews and due diligence
• Prepare reports for senior management and regulators
• Deliver compliance training across the business
• Review and update internal policies and procedures
## Requirements
• 3+ years compliance experience in a regulated financial environment
• Knowledge of Gibraltar or UK financial services regulation
• ICA Certificate or equivalent (desirable)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
