## About the Role
We are looking for a capable IT Support Technician to provide first and second-line technical support to our clients and internal team across Gibraltar.
## Key Responsibilities
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve hardware/software issues
• Set up and configure workstations, laptops and peripherals
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Maintain network infrastructure and assist with troubleshooting
• Provide clear, friendly support to non-technical users
## Requirements
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent (or working towards it)
• 1+ year IT support experience
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Patient, helpful and clear communicator
