## About the Role
We are looking for a Freight Coordinator to manage shipments for our clients across road, sea and air modes. This is a busy operational role requiring strong organisational skills.
## Key Responsibilities
• Book and coordinate freight shipments with carriers and agents
• Prepare shipping documentation (bills of lading, customs declarations)
• Track and update clients on shipment status
• Handle freight claims and service issues
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and shipping lines
## Requirements
• 1+ year in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
• Knowledge of customs procedures and Incoterms
• Proficiency in freight management software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Good Spanish language skills an advantage
