## About the Role
Join our player support team and be the first point of contact for our customers across live chat, email, and phone. This is a shift-based role in our Gibraltar office.
## Key Responsibilities
• Handle player enquiries regarding accounts, payments, bonuses and game rules
• Resolve issues with withdrawals, deposits and KYC verification
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams
• Document feedback and identify recurring issues
• Meet response time and quality KPIs
## Requirements
• Previous customer service experience (iGaming preferred)
• Excellent written English — Spanish a bonus
• Calm and professional under pressure
• Available for shift work including evenings and weekends
• Strong computer literacy
