## Key Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with VIP players through regular contact
• Deliver personalised promotions, bonuses and experiences
• Monitor VIP player activity and flag responsible gambling concerns
• Coordinate VIP events, hospitality and gifts
• Meet retention and revenue targets for your VIP portfolio
## Requirements
• 3+ years VIP or account management experience in iGaming
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• Discretion and professionalism in handling high-value clients
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required
