## About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
## Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and motivate a team of housekeeping assistants
• Inspect rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards
• Plan and allocate daily housekeeping schedules
• Train new team members on procedures and standards
• Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory
## Requirements
• 3+ years housekeeping experience including supervisory responsibility
• Exceptional eye for detail and high cleanliness standards
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations
