## About the Role
An exciting opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join our award-winning kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef in running a busy restaurant serving modern Mediterranean cuisine.
## Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
• Assist with menu development and seasonal changes
## Requirements
• 3+ years experience in a professional kitchen at senior level
• Strong understanding of Mediterranean cuisine
• Level 2 Food Safety certificate (minimum)
• Ability to lead a team under pressure
• Passion for quality and creativity
